1. Length of the article: The article should not exceed 8000 words including references.
2. Formatting: The article should be written in Times New Roman font, size 12 and double spaced. The paper size should be A4.
3. Title: Title of the article should be concise and reflect the content of the research
4. Details of the Author(s): The contributor’s full name, degrees, affiliation and full postal and email address should be included.
5. Abstract: The article must include an abstract of about 200 words, summarising the research objectives, methodology and key findings. The abstracts should not repeat verbatim in the paper.
6. Keywords and abstracts: The article must include 5-7 keywords that represents the main theme or subjects of the research.
7. Introduction: The research article should contain a clear and concise introduction that outlines the research problem, objectives and significance.
8. Methodology: Describe the research methodology used, including the sources, data collection methods, and analytical approaches.
9. Language: The article must be written in English. If the author’s mother tongueis different from English, the text should be edited for English language before submission.
10. Citations and References: Follow a consistent citation style ( A model style sheet is provided for the use of contributors)
11. Illustrations: Include relevant illustrations, maps, or images to support the research. Provide captions and source details for each illustration.
12. Tables and Figures: All tables and figures should be numbered and cited in the text. Provide clear titles and source details for each table and figure.
13. Conclusion: Summarize the main findings of the research and discuss their implications. Avoid introducing new information in the conclusion.
14. Review Process: The submitted article will undergo a peer-review process to ensure quality and relevance. The journal adheres to a rigorous double-blind reviewing policy in which the identity of both the reviewer and author are always concealed from both parties. The review process may take several weeks, and authors will receive feedback and suggestions for revisions. The editor evaluates the recommendation and notifies the author of the manuscript status. The manuscript may be: accepted as it is, accepted after minor revision, accepted after major revision, or rejected. The comments of the anonymous reviewers will be forwarded to the authors. The authors have to revise the manuscript based on the comments of the editors and reviewers and resubmit it.
15. Copyright: Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright agreement, granting the journal exclusive rights to publish and distribute the article.
